Our wedding packages offer a different ranges of coverage amounts so give all weddings exactly what they need! All packages can be customized and tweaked, if needed! We also offer personalized elopement packages upon request!

What is required to book?

Should your date be available we will need 2 things to lock in your wedding date

First being a signed contract. Typically the contract needs to be signed by both the bride and groom, or the bride and paying party. The contract goes over many things to make sure you and I both are protected.

Second thing is your retainer- A 40% retainer is due at booking to fully lock in your wedding date. Retainers are non-refundable, and go towards the final package price.

What happens after booking?

Once you have completed your contract and paid the retainer fee, you are officially booked! After booking you can schedule your complementary engagement session. 3 months prior to your engagement session I will contact you to set up a time for an over the phone meeting. During this meeting we will go over a questionnaire, and make a personalized timeline for your wedding day. Any time prior to this meeting you can contact me at anytime for questions regarding coverage, vendor recommendations, timeline issues, etc.

Do you travel?

Absolutely! No where is TOO far! We love to adventure to new locations! Travel fees are required if more than 30 miles of Springfield, MO! No taxes are applied to travel fees! Destination wedding packages can also be made available!

I love offering an engagement session to my packages. It gives the perfect reason to get to know my couples a little more before the big day and break the ice!
Petite Engagement sessions- Up to 25 Minutes | 10 Images | Online Gallery with print release
Full Engagement sessions- Up to 40 Minutes | 20+ images | Online Gallery with print release

What is the Payment schedule?

40% is due at booking
Remaining 60% is due 2 months prior to your wedding date
Travel fees (if needed) are due 1 month prior

Do you offer a payment plan?

Yes! We can set up a personalized payment plan, or we also offer Afterpay! A separate contract is required for the personalized payment plan.

Image Count

All packages state an image count included. This is the MINUMUM amount of images per hour you will receive!

Do you edit all the photos?

I have a habit of overshooting at all my weddings! So at the end of the night there are a TON of duplicate images. When I upload your photos, I will go through and pick the very best ones, quality wise, remove duplicates, and edit those. This is why I state a minimum per hour. I make sure any photos that are deemed up to my quality standards are included in your gallery.

How long will my wedding gallery take to be delivered?

Wedding gallery turn around times are 8-10 weeks. During the fall busy seasons, the turn around time will most likely be the full turn around time. However a preview is posted for you on our Facebook page within 2 week!

What if we need more coverage the day of the wedding?

Should you need more time added onto your wedding day, we can add extra hours at $300.00 per hour.
